1.  Leashes:  All dogs are required by law to be on leash during outdoor walks with the exception of  
     authorized dog park visits.
2.
  Emergency Contact:  We request the name and phone number of a person living nearby (with access to
     your home).  This should be a person close enough to walk to your home (ex. a neighbor).  If roads are
     impassable, this information is needed so that we can contact this person for assistance in checking on
     your pet(s). 

3.  Bad Weather:  Every effort will be made to drive to your home, but the service schedule may be altered due
     to circumstances beyond our control.  If the roads are impassable, we will contact you and your emergency
     contact.  

4.  Vaccinations and Immunizations:  We require that all pets have the necessary vaccinations and immunizations
     before service begins and a valid rabies vaccination tag must be attached to your pet's collar.  If a Loving Home
     Pet Service provider is bitten or exposed to any disease or ailment received from the client's pet(s), the client will
     be held responsible for all necessary medical attention.

5.  Animal Behavior:  Animals are unpredictable.  We do not accept responsibility or liability for another animal's
     behavior, which results in injury to your pet.  We will make every effort possible to find the owners of the 
     offensive animal in order to hold him responsible for any damages to your pet.

6.  Aggression:  Your must tell us if your pet has ever demonstrated any type of aggressive behavior towards people
     or other animals.  If a Loving Home Pet Service provider is harmed or injured by the client's animal(s), the
     client/owner accepts full responsibility for the cost of any necessary medical attention required by our staff.  By
     law we must report the incident to the Harris County Bureau of Animal Regulations and Control (BARC).

7.  Home Access:  If the customer allows any other person(s) access to their home during our contract period,
     Loving Home Pet Service will not be held liable for any damages to property or pets as a result.  Please let us
     know if someone will be in your home and let them know we are coming, as not to surprise them.

8.  Clean-ups:We will properly dispose of pet waste and do our best to clean up any accidents your pet may have.
     We are not responsible for carpet/flooring stains created by your pet(s).  We do request that you provide the 
     necessary plastic bags and cleaning products that may be needed.

9. Keys:  Keys will be kept in a secured locked system.  If you do not want us to retain a key, picking up and
     returning it requires an extra $6.00/trip charge.  Otherwise, we can mail them to you for $1.50.
